COVID 19 exposure guidelines for RFAC. First, "IF YOU'RE NOT FEELING WELL PLEASE STAY HOME"! Secondly, please inform your coach or RFAC of any COVID-related issues as you are made aware of them. The following guidelines are for coaches, players, cheerleaders, and spectators - so everyone!
-People who are fully vaccinated do NOT need to quarantine after contact with someone who had COVID-19 unless they have symptoms. If they have symptoms, the 14-day quarantine applies from the first day of symptoms or a negative test after day 5 of being exposed.
-People who are NOT vaccinated are required to quarantine for 14 days after exposure. If anyone becomes sick with COVID, they will need to quarantine for 14 days from the first day of symptoms and be fever free (without the use of fever-reducing medications) and symptom free for 24 hours before returning.
Updated Guidelines as of August 10th 2021:
The board has placed the following COVID guidelines in effect. The league is being very strict about COVID this year to try to protect the participants and their families.
If a player, cheerleader or coach tests positive for COVID, you must immediately notify RocketFAC@yahoo.com and quarantine for 14 days. Player, cheerleader, coach and family are removed from participating in the league until cleared by doctor OR proof of negative test.
If you have family members in your household with symptoms, you must quarantine for 14 days and you must be cleared by a doctor or provide a negative test before returning to the league.
At this time, masks are optional outside on all Penn properties. We will let you know immediately if and when this rule changes.
Again, we can't stress this enough - if you are not feeling well, please stay home!!!!
