Chris Messimer- Head Coach

I have loved the game of football since I was 5 years old. I played through junior high and high school, playing both offense and defense. I have loved coaching kids for a number of years. I coached my oldest kids playing t-ball and baseball.  I got to be the assistant coach last year with the RFAC Bears, so when the opportunity came this year to be a head coach, I immediately said yes. I am looking forward to coaching this team for many years to come.  I am most excited to teach these kids to love the game like I do and to just go out and have fun this year.

Ricky Reynolds- Defensive Coordinator

Hi, my name is Ricky Reynolds and I'll be the Defensive Coordinator for the RFAC Eagles this season. I have an extensive background both as a coach and as a player. I'm married, a father of 3, and a lifelong football fan.  I'm excited for the opportunity to help teach these young players discipline, fundamentals, and skills that they can utilize throughout their lives both on the gridiron and off, while learning to love the game as much as I do. Fly Eagles Fly!

Eric Johnson- Special Teams Coach

Hello! My name is Eric Johnson, and I'm excited to start the season! I'm a 41 year old husband and father to 3 kids (Elijah, age 9; Matilda, age 5; and Juniper is almost 2). My son has never played football in pads (only flag football where I was his team's head coach). We recently relocated from Attleboro, Massachusetts and we are loving the Midwest so far. I enjoy family time, camping, hiking, and fishing. I can't wait to meet everyone and have some fun!

Kyle Richter- JV Coach

I've coached T-ball and soccer and I have played baseball, football, and run circle track. I'm most looking forward to working with the kids and helping and watching them develop.

Jim Schragg- JV Coach

I am a husband and father of 3 (Kendal, age 10; Jameson, age 8; Kalahan, age 3). I have 2 years of experience coaching Constantine Rocket Football for ages 8 & 9, 1 year of coaching Constantine 8th grade football, and 1 year of coaching Mishawaka 5-6 year flag football.  This season, I am looking forward to having fun teaching the game of football to the next generation of kids!
